What payment methods do you accept?
Monthly Payments:
We accept payment by debit or credit card (VISA / MasterCard etc) through PayStack.
Annual Payment:
Annual payments can be done via EFT. Our banking details and your invoice reference number will be available on your account billing page.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
The difference is how much and how often you pay your subscription fee. With monthly billing, you will be charged on the same day each month. With annual billing, you are charged once for the whole year.
Monthly billing
Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same date each month every month, for as long as that subscription remains active. You can cancel your account at any time, from the account billing page and this will suspend your subscription.
Annual billing
Your account subscription is charged once for the balance of one full year, and will not be charged again (assuming not alterations to the number of donors in your account) until the year is over.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes - You can cancel your monthly or annual plan at any time within the first 30 days and receive a full refund. No questions asked!
If the first 30 days have ended and you feel you deserve a refund, contact us to let us know why and we will review your request.
